Take Ownership of Your Career Wellness by Just Asking

Do you detest asking for help? Does it make you feel vulnerable?

Most of us struggle when we need to ask for help, and those issues are compounded when help is needed in the workplace. For introverts, it’s even more difficult.

How do we get past our fears and ask for what we need to have the career we want? How do we make ourselves open to other’s need to ask?

If we’re in charge of creating a more human workplace, we need the answers.
