The infographic below — created by Quantum Workplace, a company with an employee feedback platform designed to make work better each day — features the results of their 2016 Employee Engagement Trends survey. The survey looked at overall trends as well as those occurring within different demographics.
Some highlights include:
- Nonprofit employees are 4.5% less engaged than in 2014.
- While 77.6% of new employees are engaged, that declines to 63.2% by year 6 of employment.
- Having leaders who are committed to making the organization a great place to work is the number one factor driving engagement.
