I am thrilled to announce the launch of our latest way to promote the Human-Side of Business philosophy that we advocate here at ExchangeGain – the Work That Matters Podcast.  To launch the podcast, we will be bringing you three interviews a week up to Thanksgiving. Then we’ll settle in to a twice weekly release schedule.

It’s a bold statement Mark Miller makes in his new book, The Heart of Leadership, that a leader’s character trumps his or her skills. The point is made keeping in mind the genesis of our leadership: belief about people and our purpose as a leader.
